on the baggage claim level, and a representative will direct you to the nearest pick up location.

Oakland International Airport Pick Up Instructions:

We offer Shuttle service to / from Oakland Airport on a pre-arranged reservations basis only. For pick-ups and drop-offs, please call 415-775-5121 24 hours in advance to assure availability. However we do try to accommodate last minute reservations, so please call as we may have a van waiting nearby.

When you have collected your baggage and are ready for Ground Transportation at Oakland International Airport, Call our Dispatcher at
1-415-775-5121 to confirm your arrival and go to the Door to Door Reservation Shuttle Stop listed below. Airport Express will board passengers at this location.

Terminal #1 (All Major Airlines Except Southwest Airline)

Boarding Area: Go out from the baggage door, cross the street to the Third Island. Turn RIGHT and look for a bus shelter #4 indicating "Door to Door Reservations". Be sure to inform the Curb Coordinator that you have reservations with Airport Express San Francisco.

Terminal #2 (Southwest Airline)

Boarding Area: Go out from the baggage door, cross the street to the Third Island. Turn LEFT and look for a bus shelter #4 indicating "Door to Door Reservations". Be sure to inform the Curb Coordinator that you have reservation with Airport Express San Francisco.
