How to Make a Reservation

  Call Airport Express San   Francisco at 415-775-5121

3.   Upon Arrival at SFO, Collect   your Luggage and Call Airport   Express at 415-775-5121 and   we will direct you to the   nearest pick up area where a   van will be waiting.
4.

San Francisco International Airport Van Shuttle Pick Up Instructions:
 

San Francisco airport shuttle van pick up points mapWhen you have collected your baggage and are ready for Ground Transportation at San Francisco International Airport, Call our Dispatcher at
1-415-775-5121 and go to the Courtyards listed below.  
(Click on the map at right for a printable version of the SFO pick up locations.)

Airport Express will board passengers within 15 minutes upon arrival from 6am to 10pm daily except Thanksgiving and Christmas Days. A reservation is recommended, but not required at SFO.

Please call our Airport Dispatcher at 1-415-775-5121 for airport pick ups.
Terminal #1 (South Terminal: US Air, Continental, Alaska, Northwest, Delta.)
Boarding Area: Courtyard #1 (same area as Charter Buses Boarding). From Baggage Level (Level 1) go out from the baggage claim doors and turn LEFT, follow the curb toward the beginning of the building until you reach a small parking area with the sign indicating "Courtyard #1".
Terminal #3 (North Terminal: American, United Airlines)
Boarding Area: Courtyard #4 (same area as Charter Buses Boarding). From Baggage Level (Level 1), go out from the baggage claim doors and turn RIGHT, follow the curb toward to the end of the building until you reach a small parking area with the sign indicating "Courtyard #4".
Terminal #4 (International Terminal: All International Airlines)
Boarding Area: Courtyard #G (same area as Charter Buses Boarding). From Custom or Baggage Level (Level 2), go out from the Custom doors and turn RIGHT, take escalator or elevator down to Level 1, look for a sign indicating "Bus Courtyard #G".

Oakland Airport Shuttle Van Pick up LocationWe offer Shuttle service to / from Oakland Airport on a pre-arranged reservations basis only. For pick-ups and drop-offs, please call 415-775-5121 24 hours in advance to assure availability. However we do try to accommodate last minute reservations, so please call as we may have a van waiting nearby.

When you have collected your baggage and are ready for Ground Transportation at Oakland International Airport, Call our Dispatcher at
1-415-775-5121 to confirm your arrival and go to the Door to Door Reservation Shuttle Stop listed below. Airport Express will board passengers at this location.

Terminal #1 (All Major Airlines Except Southwest Airline)
Boarding Area: Go out from the baggage door, cross the street to the Third Island. Turn RIGHT and look for a bus shelter #4 indicating "Door to Door Reservations". Be sure to inform the Curb Coordinator that you have reservations with Airport Express San Francisco.
Terminal #2 (Southwest Airline)
Boarding Area: Go out from the baggage door, cross the street to the Third Island. Turn LEFT and look for a bus shelter #4 indicating "Door to Door Reservations". Be sure to inform the Curb Coordinator that you have reservation with Airport Express San Francisco.
